Who kidnapped Becca was the Maelstrom gang. Lucy seems to be the type that fights feelings and not acting on them for a while at the same time really gauging David as a whole. She wasn't for sure it was Maine's Sandevistan until she took him to his ripper doc. Lucy said "no blood in my place" minute later "I said no murder" which seemed like she wanted Maine to stop talking about his Sandevistan (that she has been hearing about all day prior) giving the location of it + earn some points with the gang in ep 2. Removing the Sandevistan would probably kill David since its replacing his spine, original is gone - Murder.
