Base on your reaction you guys forgot about Zeke's backstory from the first half of this season. I do insist that you guys re watched season 4 part 1 episode 15 (episode 74 overall) to understand Zeke's perspective.

2022-03-14 16:47:19 +0000 UTCAlso, the whole reason Zeke took Eren on this "memory-lane" trip was cause Grisha was a legitimately terrible father to Zeke. From birth, Grisha tried to brainwash Zeke into being a restorationist and forced him to become a warrior so Zeke could be a tool for his restoration activities. Zeke believed that Eren was subjected to the same thing and wanted to save him from it just like Ksaver did for him. But we know from the episode that his plan didn't really work out.

2022-03-14 15:22:33 +0000 UTCThe thing I think you forgot about Zeke is that he did not sell his father out to save his own skin, he was convinced to do so by Ksaver. Zeke told Ksaver that he overheard that his family's activities would be found out and they would all be sent to paradise soon, which Zeke seemed to accept since he said "Even as a titan, I will remember you Ksaver". However, Ksaver (distraught by the concept of losing another son) convinced Zeke to save himself and his Grandparents by reporting his father/mother who were legitimately terrible parents to him. Plus, Zeke was a child back then who didn't know any better and was easily influenced. This doesn't fully justify his actions as an adult though, but it at least gives a good explanation for them.
