I am hoping that Harry's blood is either poison to Voldemort or when he preforms the ritual with harry's blood he gets a degraded version of holy magic and thinks he got it all and using it actually weakens him slightly because of him splitting his soul. since you did say holy magic can destroy horocruxs I think it'd make since that using holy magic with less then a full soul would do harm to oneself like weakening them
