You've done a wonderful job keeping Harry believable as a mature 11 year old, but still an impulsive child prone to reckless decisions and short term reasoning. On the flip side, it's very easy to make young characters deeply annoying, but you've run the line between "implausibly mature" and "annoying kid" extremely well.
