Laena will get a Title for how much death she will bring to her enemies. Alysanne doesn’t really want to be Hand. Since becoming Hand would force her to get busy with things she would rather have someone else take care of, her situation is perfect for her.

The Faith Militant falling down from their high pedestal even further. And hopefully with Laena claiming a dragon now this will give the Targaryens even more edge when they conquer the Stepstones. But nice chapter, it'll be nice to see when Alysanne takes up the mantel of hand of the King or Lyonel Strong
