I hate that you your new writing style it was a lot better when you started this story now you do way too much description of things and stretch things out soooo much sometimes the plot stay on the same exact scene for multiple chapters

He has the biggest dragon for god sake, and strongest swordsman in the realm and screw oberyn a weak piece of sht who couldnt even kill the damn mountain to avenge his sister in the series. Even tho hes not gonna be a king, i would like that if he is respected and fear by all even the king hahahaha. I really hope the author really screws over the lannisters bunch of hyenas acting as a lions. Can aemon use magic in this novel that would be so cool it would really make sense that hes different from all of them as the prince who was promised. Lastly the north if they ever mess with aemon instead of making peace he should teach them their places especially that worm lady tully. Seeing jon so foolish weak mindset is sad tho, hope in the future chapters he does show who he truly is as son of a dragon and wolf.

2023-10-02 22:31:40 +0000 UTCVery true, yet the point that "Aegon has no dragon and is undeserving" wouldn't be made anymore. Aegarax would be larger than Silverwing but a dragon is a dragon. Vhagar was bigger than Caraxes but no one was pushing for Baelon to usurp Aemon for example

That said, not doing everything Faith wants would be a huge step forward. Jaeharys I have a lot to answer for but his decision to make peace with Faith and giving it everything it want would be by far worst if not for Dragon Pit and chaining their dragons there. And you have to wonder how much of House Targaryen heritage and history was lost due to actions by Septon Barth, Otto Hightower (both in their role as Hand of the King)and Baelor I... all because of Jaeharys' deal with Faith of the Seven.

Common people don't care about all that. Aemon and The Faith are going to have a LOT of problems with each other. A LOT.

Having a Prince of the Realm marry in tradition of the Old Gods, or even better under traditions of Old Valyria (Fourteen Flames) might cause others to look into those religions. Also, allowing Rh'llor and others to freely preach and spread their religion might not be such a bad idea. Oh yes, having High Septon crown the King should also be removed...

People are going to keep practicing it even if all those with Rank in the Seven are somehow killed. People are not going to change their faith all of a sudden; other people would fill the empty ranks in the Faith, and not much would change.

The Dragon Pit has its ups and downs. But he also needs to remember what happens if a dragon is chained. If they are young, they will grow weak, and be in danger since they are chained. If they are already grown up, well, let’s just say Cannibal won’t appreciate what they might try to do, and neither would Aegarax.

Is it simply because she’s a Wildling or is it because they don’t recognize Wildling customs, if that’s the case I find it incredibly strange because there’s a lot of different types of weddings and customs which I believe are mostly based off of religion with examples being “The Faith of the Seven, The Old Gods, and The Drowned God” to me that would be like people not recognizing certain marriages because the wedding wasn’t done based off of their customs. I just can’t help but find that strange and a little unfair.

She swore herself, sure, but now she knows the other lords will be less likely to support Robb if he wants to go to War for no good reason. They swore to fight for him if the cause was a good one. Even GreatJon is smart enough to know if Robb wants to go to war simply because Ned is going to the Wall.

Given she kind of knows how Aemon was treated I thought she asked ned about his treatment to discourage the other lords from rebelling. Also, great chapter.
