"Why the fuck would I do that? I didn't become a marine officer so I could end up with a long sharp stick up my neck." Smoker replied, slightly insulted, inhaling his cigarettes. After a short pause, Smoker decided to get to the point of this meeting.

"Now, why the fuck are you here, and why bring so many ships here? What are you looking for?" Smoker questioned, spreading his arms across the couch's back with an uncaring look.

"As carefree as ever, you haven't changed one bit since our days in marine school. I expected growing up would make you more mature; Hina is disappointed!" Hina said with a shake of her head as if talking to a child, not a fully grown man.

"Who cares? Now, I have a feeling you didn't sail all the way here to capture a dead man. What brings you here?" Smoker demanded, leaning his head forward from the couch, his eyes measuring her.

"I'm afraid you're wrong, Smoker-Kun. We have found their ship, I doubt they escaped using another ship, and they definitely can't fly or walk on water," Hina explained, moving a strand of her hair from her face; she had already prepared a plan to capture the pirates.

Smoker had no visible reaction to her words; if he was surprised or angry, he did a good job hiding it. Smoker was about to ask her about the other ships when his Transponder Snail decided to annoy him and started ringing.

"Is pointless, Smoker, just drop it. It is clear that the world government will cover this whole mess up. Just take the credit," Hina interrupted his trail of thoughts; he glared at her from the corner of his eyes.

"Do you really think the World Government will accept that a pirate did the job instead of them? What do you think people around the world will think about this? We already have problems with the Revolutionary Army. We don't need to add fuel to that fire!!" Hina continued, ignoring Smoker's glare toward her.

"The ceremony for your decorations will start once you-" "We DIDN'T DEFEAT HIM. My Subordinates is Crying Right Now, Because We Weren't Able To, You Fuckers!!" Someone else will take credit for what we did," Luffy explained calmly, with Zoro, Sanji, and Nami nodding along.

Vivi looked conflicted, she understood what he meant, but still, she had hoped for her friends to be rewarded instead of punished because that's what this was to her. Punishment.

Feeling a hand on her shoulder, she looked up to see Luffy with a broad smile. "Don't worry, Princess. We know what we are doing," he said, encouraging her. Vivi reluctantly nodded with a little smile.
