Since I started to work with Clip Studio Paint (Manga Studio) I improved a lot, because is a software made really for doing comics and illustrations. For instance, you have a lot of different comic layouts, already paneled. You can use them and edit all the panels, the rasterize the layers and that's it! About fitting the characters I don't have real tricks...I just make the scene in my mind and draw it as a sketch as first, and when I'm ready I ink and color it. ;)
