Charges Policy Update

I have decided to change the way patrons are beeing charged and switch to Charge Up Front, wich is basicaly the way every subscription works.
The reason for this changes is mainly because of a lot of people pledging, downloading and then deleting their pledge without being charged as everyone of my supporters. The new payment way will prevent that, take a LOT of pressure away, and will allow me to work more smoothly, with faster and better results.
This change will NOT affect existing Patrons that are being charged in this cycle but only new patrons that have never been charged before.

Tier 1? You dont mean Silver right? Because that tier does not get any animations.
