This is the winner of the second September 2019 poll, tied with Shamir, who I'll be adding shortly. If I have the time, I might even like to throw Mercedes in too, but we'll see.
Quick disclaimer: Petra is depicted as an adult here. (Mid-timeskip, perhaps?) I like her post-timeskip design too, but the submitter specifically asked to see her in uniform.

I think this is the first time one of my suggestions has won the poll, and we couldn’t have picked a better character/design 😁 Petra looks better in uniform than most so thank you for keeping her in it! She looks great bound and gagged like this — I also love the OTN best! Looking forward to Shamir! (And hopefully Mercedes too — there are just so many good Three Houses ladies 😍)

Excited to see Shamir (and hopefully Mercedes too 😳)! Side note: I think her hair looks very good in this. You did a super good job drawing her.
