New Benefit : over Strong supporters

- Strong supporters : WIP file access
- All item supporters : WIP file access, Poll for next character.
For strong supporter and all items supporters.
As I do this as a hobby, I can't give you much... but....
I found a way to give you some good chance.
I will let you access WIP item first (eg, castorice outfit mod before releasing toggle mod)
You can use the WIP mod and give me some feed back.
It will be 1 WIP post. it will be pinned. that's all.

For all items supporters.
This tier is for just all download once but......
THE TRUE Supporters are supporting me as all item tier.... (I didn't expect this)
so They can vote for next character to mod.
All items users only can vote.
I will make what i want but the poll result will be done.
I know many people won't join this tier just to vote. So I decided it :)
Poll list example.
Yi xuan(ZZZ), Escoffier (GI), Ciaccona(WW), Cipher(SR)
maybe it can happen once a month or twice.
