Commission - Beta Testing Buffet
Added 2017-11-16 01:02:10 +0000 UTCWhilst Glaztek often performs alpha and beta testings of its products within its own facilities, occasionally they take the time to have a very limited public beta before launch to iron out the kinks.
Two random volunteers were chosen for the closed beta program. A set of wearable devices that fitted over any kind of glasses or visor. A HUD dedicated to locating and counting the largest amount of calories possible to aid Glaztek customers with their dietary needs. Their tests found themselves perfectly navigated to an a all-you-can-eat buffet almost instantly and from eye witness accounts, the devices had some interesting results.
"They were like monsters! They couldn't and wouldn't stop eating! They just kept... GROWING!"
"Once they got to a certain size, it was crazy! Everyone around them just started ballooning outwards with fat like they were the ones eating the entire buffet!"
The volunteers had exceeded expectations and the bug was reported. Said bug was later reworked into being a prominent feature of the device. Communal Calorie Counters. Eat for the whole community.
