I can barely put into words the emotional rollercoaster I went through reading this. Virginity has such a significance, and it’s different for everyone, but having it be something precious to a character like Atsumu absolutely wrecks me. He really is portrayed as someone who would be promiscuous and he almost covets that facade and it’s so believable that it made my breath catch when he admitted that he gave it to Omi. Omi’s shock is just as palpable, but the fact that Atsumu loves him so much and trusted him with something so precious speaks volumes. The fact that Omi wants to cherish it is just as beautiful. But what I also love is you have this beautiful, romantic, sexy, emotional moment and Omi, in all hjs practicality, has to drop the marriage line in almost a comedic way and I love that levity it brings to it. You ruin me with your storytelling and art on a frequent basis. And I welcome it every time.
