1. thinking about omi already weighted down with the guilt of all the hurt that he’s caused atsumu with his prickly character over the years that he sees tsumu so sick and soft now and he wants his confession to be right, soft and the clear ass sign that he has come to terms with his feelings with atsumu and just wants him to know.
2. a frustration build-up from tsumu’s density over omi‘s feelings and atsumu is stunned and thinking it’s all a fever dream when stoic omi starts losing his shit LOL, stronger dialogue and questions thrown back and forth before they both Realise when omi let’s it slip first

Oof i couldn’t decide, but ultimately went with calm but emotional! I love a good frustrated confession, but when I went back and read the comic, I feel like a calm, sincere (maybe w a tinge of stilted, awkward frustration) confession better fits the characters and story you’ve developed!! Tbh I’m such a simp for your art, so whatever you do, I will undoubtedly love. I just thought I might share my thought process!! Thank you for sharing with us :)
