An OG Nefer mod with many additional options. Everything is separate and can be combined however you want, making up to millions of possible combinations. Full mod contains 17 different toggles with over 260 options.
As people on Patreon requested, we added a darker skin tone. This time only one, since the mod is already very complicated with all the transparency textures. There would be too many options in one toggle anyway.
Transparent options have some visible glitches, but we can't do anything about that unfortunately.
Mod is very late, but I hope it's understandable considering there were holidays. Also some other problems, but not worth going into details. Happy New Year everyone!
Insertions on NSFW version are exclusive to Patreon, since they're not allowed on GameBanana.

Thank You! There's always a problem with the space in the toggles, adding just one additional eye color doubles the options in it. Making a new toggle just for the eye color is not really the best idea. I will try to better organize toggles next time, maybe I will find some room for new eye colors. We can't add piercing options like this, again because of the space. There'll be too many options in that toggle, making it even more tedious to toggle through. However, there's a different solution - in Nefer.ini file you can edit the toggles! Open it in any notepad, then search for "[Key Body Piercing]" by pressing CTRL + F, you'll find all options for piercings there. "B" in "piercingB" stands for "Belly", so the belly button. If you change all numbers in this line for 0, then all piercing options won't include any belly piercings: $piercingB = 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0 Number "1" is for the barbell belly piercing only. If you prefer that, then just change all numbers to "1". After the changes, save the file and press F10 in game. You should see the results after toggling once by using the [8] key! It'll work only in the NSFW version of course!

2026-01-07 09:50:08 +0000 UTCI’m really enjoying this mod as well. Nefer looks stunning in both pale and tanned skin tones. Since I loved being able to change Lauma's eye color to gold in the previous version, I wish there had been a similar toggle option in this version too. Also, I’m curious if you have any plans to allow adding nipple tassels independently without the belly tassel. Since the two are currently synced, I was wondering if they could be separated in a future update. Thanks as always!
