I really like the storyline with the divorced couple where the ex wife asks about the tumor and its possible role in his changing behavior. I think it hits Dr. McKay hard because we learned last season about her divorce. I read that the discussion about fatherhood during the removal of the beads from the nose was specifically relevant bc the nurse just became a new father in real life. Nice touch. Who else here is a Cancer? π¦ My bday is July 1. Soooo much foreshadowing about Robbie's motorcycle riding . . . I'm not feeling good about it. I love Joy, and I love to hate Ogilvie. Taco, how does health insurance work in Japan? I think one of Whitaker's patients last season died of the exact type of heart attack he caught and saved in the guy in Ep 4. I like the callbacks.

2026-02-18 15:29:03 +0000 UTCI think the thing with Santos there was that she is now under increasing stress because of Al-Hashimi's threat to make her repeat her R2 year if she doesn't manage to catch up on all her charting, which is what also caused her to mostly tune out during the bulimia patient. Adding to that, I think she takes a lot of reassurance out of knowing her own competency, and seeing Whitaker learn so fast and catch something she herself probably wouldn't have is kind of messing with her in a way she can't fully communicate, hence her annoyance in the moment and calling him Fuckleberry I think she's an awesome and complicated character, and they are really giving her a whole personal stressy time this season to go through!
