I think some sketches of him even found their way into my earlier artbooks. and... I know. how many raccoon characters can one man possibly have, but I love them so much!
topher was made to be a lifelong friend of carper's, originally he was a dumbass party boy but since then I've decided to make him more of a soft teddy bear type. a little dumb. just a bit. enough to fit in with other jocks, but he's actually super sweet. and very popular with girls.
he definitely needs a tutor though if someone is willing to help...
