IIRC, he actually came up with the idea for the slap bracelets and the show was the first place they were implemented and now places have talked about implementing them as well.

AND one of the extras on the set had been one of the targets of that mass shooting. The Cast told them to watch out for triggering memories and kept them under their wing. She thanked them and said she knew her boundaries.

Dr McKay's dad who came to pick up her son was played by none other than - the actor who played Wormtongue in LOTR!!! I couldn't believe it when I read that, but watching it back again this time I was like, yep - damn, that's him alright! Much love to everyone 💖

2025-09-12 00:40:27 +0000 UTCWhat I read is that he was hit basically in the carotid artery. I saw the video, and I wish I hadn't. It was beyond awful. Married with a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old. No one should die like that regardless of their ideology. His wife and children were there. Plus all of the young people there for the event -- many college aged were traumatized by it. Also, I think, thus far, the one death from the school shooting was the shooter. I think the other victims are still in the hospital. 🙏🏼 I can see the heaviness in your eyes. I think all of us feel it. I slept maybe three hours last night. It's dark dark dark time in our country.
