Added 2025-04-10 16:05:21 +0000 UTCMrs. Taco and myself just finished re watching "The Glory" and " The Call" I have to be honest with you all. It has given me the itch to revisit the Genre. What are some of yalls favorites. I have been eyeing " When Life Gives You Tangerines" but, I would love to hear from you all on suggestions. I plan on bringing them to youtube. I want to avoid ones with too much horror. Definitely looking forward to suggestions I know there is a lot of great high qualities ones out there. I just don't know where to start.

The Glory was one of my favorites . My Name is good also. Now this is not a K Drama but I absolutely love Alice in Boderlands.

2025-04-10 20:04:15 +0000 UTCOf the ones I am see mentioned here, I think the Extraordinary Attorney Woo might be up your alley. It brings the drama, a romance that is unusual, and has some heavy themes and a unique style.

2025-04-10 17:05:32 +0000 UTCA few I did enjoy are Beyond Evil, The Devil Judge, Mouse and Moving. A lot of popular kdramas are heavy on the romance and thatβs just not my vibe but the thriller and horror ones are often really good. Definitely would love to see you react to Beyond Evil!

2025-04-10 16:51:06 +0000 UTCJust realized the post was specifically for Kdramas. Apologies. If y'all are interested in a (generally) lighthearted/comedic tone then I recommend Mr. Queen and Castaway Diva

2025-04-10 16:50:36 +0000 UTCI have watched quite a few, usually of the lighter variety. It's Okay Not to Be Okay was one of my faves. If you like the supernatural kind, I liked Goblin and Tomorrow among others. I would enjoy following along on any you choose. I haven't watched the Glory yet; sounds like I should. I started Tangerine, but decided I wanted something less heavy.

2025-04-10 16:43:52 +0000 UTCOh! I remember suggesting "The Glory" on a post after you finished IWTV S2! So glad y'all enjoyed it. I have a lightheaded suggestion if you're interested: Our Flag Means Death. It's another pirate show but it is truly "Ted Lasso" meets "Black Sails," heavy on the Lasso. On HBO so there's short episode seasons. I also recommend "See" on Apple TV if you haven't seen it. Without spoilers: in a near-distant future, there's a world of Toph's (as in ATLA) where Jason Momoa is not the stepdad but the dad who stepped up. Great action scenes and amazing worldbuilding (everyone is blind but society has moved on and reinvented itself).
