A Note About Patreon and Privacy
Added 2016-01-22 10:30:17 +0000 UTCHey guys -- just wanted to remind everyone that you can make your name on Patreon any type of nickname you want, and you only need your real name in the billing information which is obviously very private.
Your profile name on Patreon is visible to anyone in the world, so if you don't want your real name out there, try a nickname instead. :)
Some people don't mind using their name online, others do, but I just wanted to point out for those that do, it isn't a requirement on Patreon.
To change what your name shows up as on Patreon, click your portrait in the top right, click settings, and simply change your name.
