One of my favorite things about being in The Tea Club is hearing what my brother Patrick is going to come up with next. He's always writing awesome and interesting chord progressions on the guitar, and I think it's the secret behind the power of our band!

I just rediscovered this video I took of Pat at Big Blue Meenie Studios recording his guitar part for "Dr. Abraham", a song from our 2015 album Grappling. I think this is a prime example of what I'm talking about. This is a really cool look at the genesis of this song, before all of the vocals and cryptic lyrics and insane instrumentation were put on top of it. This is pure Tea Club; Pat playing a crazy powerful chord progression with awesome unexpected changes.

Check this out, Beloved Patrons. If you can set aside the low quality of the video and loud metronome he's recording to, I think this is a really cool look at Pat's musical super power. I'm this dude's biggest fan :)
