The cursing, the talkback, the laughter...It seems that any argument that people are inherently 'moral' and any kind of morality is universal dies with the inability of the people in this boiler room to not grasp that they are criminals.
It is sad that poor people can be made to think that this is OK because the people they are calling are supposedly 'wealthy.'

what i dont understand is why they sit there insulting a computer voice as if it will change what it is saying. i loving the threats to a computer!!
