Source code with new implementation of S2DEX ucode pushed to branch s2dex_fixes.

It has beta status. One regression issue is found and fixed: speedometer in GT 64.


I had plans to make new Public Release this year. Plenty of new functionalities were implemented since the last PR and it is time to set the new milestone. However, several regressions were found recently and S2DEX is not completed yet.

So, new release will be next year, hopefully soon.
