As the characters grow their problems become more mature/emotional. Difficult to watch characters you get to know and like struggle. Especially queer teen characters. Worth it though. Great story telling.

2025-06-12 14:04:57 +0000 UTCYeah, this episode is hard. I often skip it when rewatching S1. The next episode will help. I also get a bit mad at Elle. Charlie hasn’t told anyone so far, it was Nick who told her. If she’d framed it that way perhaps drama could have been avoided. Also, this plot twist is only in the show. In the comic, Nick punches Harry and Charlie teases him about his black eye the next day. It was all resolved a bit too quickly. But I dont like seeing everyone hurting.
