We conclude this one with some words for our dear old friend and fellow lifer musician Davee Bryan, whom we recently learned is terminally ill with cancer.
Patrick and Davee met when Patrick was bartending at Aviator's in the 1990s, and Davee later essentially served as Patrick's mentor when Patrick first started performing live. Years later, Patrick introduced Davee to Chad, and the two of them did an acoustic duo act for several months in late 2003-early 2004 right before Blaggards got started. Davee later moved to Lake Worth, Florida, where he has been writing and performing ever since.
The final edit of this episode will feature a clip of Davee performing one of his originals, so look out for that.
