Here's a cover of Johnny Cash's classic "Don't Take Your Guns to Town". This is a new demo that Patrick and Chad recorded this past weekend at Patrick's house, as sort of an experiment to see how quickly we can put new material together using our new gear.
We used our Midas MR18 digital mixer as a recording interface, the same mixer we've been using at live shows for the past few months. Turns out it's really easy to hook it up to Chad's laptop, record directly into Logic Pro. Amazing what you can accomplish at home these days (without a drummer, even).
So anyway, we'll be bringing you a lot more stuff like this soon, but new original songs… not just covers like this one.
