May 27th Update - Dislocated Shoulder, Fix On Wednesday
Added 2022-05-27 22:49:13 +0000 UTCTurns out the injury I had in April that put me out of commission for 2 weeks was a dislocated shoulder and not a pectoral sprain like I thought it was! (lol whoops)
This would explain my current symptoms and why my physical wellness progress has stopped improving despite the daily stretches, massages & strengthening that were working up until this point.
I'll be seeing a professional on Wednesday (holiday weekend + they're closed on Tuesday) and hopefully I'll be back on track and in functioning order soon!
