Tax Updates

It seems that there's gonna be some sort of sales tax implemented into the system. It supposedly won't even effect half of the current users, and if it affects anyone, it'll be 4%-11% in price. I don't think it's anything too huge to worry about, but it's something I figured everyone should be aware of, in case they ARE affected, and see that they paid more than they thought they should have, or something like that.
