Weekly Recap

[Week 21: May 24th - May 30th]

Hey Songuardians,

We hope you are all doing well and keeping safe. We hope those of you who had finals in the last couple of weeks or are currently still in the process of doing finals successfully complete them, then you can move into summer mode.

Over at the Plugin Development Team, ahead of the release of Minecraft 1.17, our developers have been hard at work starting to convert our plugins to be able to run on Java 16, and they will be continuing to work on it as we prepare for 1.17. The long-awaited update for UltimateStacker has been released, and all the escalated tickets or issues have been addressed and resolved. EpicAnchors is still in closed beta, but we hope to open the beta to our patrons in the coming weeks, ahead of the official release.

Over at the Plugin Support Team, Darkwinged and ItzGliese have both completed their training and are now full support team members. We wish them the best of luck and know they will do well as they continue to provide quality support to our community.

Also, we want to welcome Zeltig21, The Pope, and Wave to the support team and wish them the best of luck as they now begin the training process to become full members of the support team.

Finally, we want to give a shoutout to AustinFRG and Minty who both won a mini staff event we had earlier this week.

Over at the Marketplace Development Team, it’s been a bit quiet as our developers continue working to improve the site and create new features in the background.

Over at ServerJars, our Director of Web Operations Fran recently updated the back-end of the website which allows updates to be available much faster and fixed a few issues that were reported by the community.

And finally a bunny update: Lucy and Puk enjoy spending all their time together and occasionally getting up to some shenanigans.
