Hey Songuardians,
We hope you and your families are all well, and able to go about your daily routines. As most of you know by now, exam season is fast approaching if it hasn’t already started for you. We hope your studies are going smoothly and that you are able to successfully pass all your classes
Over at the Marketplace Development Team, our developers are currently tackling reported bugs and thoroughly testing a new system to add to the marketplace.
Over at the Plugin Support team, the junior support agents have already been tackling some tickets on the service desk that the backlogged tickets are slowly beginning to disappear. We are confident that as time goes on all the tickets currently waiting for responses will be answered and hopefully resolved so that when the summer season begins, it’s a nice clean service desk for the tickets we might receive over the next few months.
Lastly, some big news from Lucy the bunny, last week she got a new friend, and they are both doing well and enjoying each other’s company.
