[Week 16: April 19th - April 25th]

Hey Songuardians,

We hope you are all doing well and staying safe out there. To those of you who are still in school, we know that exams are approaching and final assignments are being made. We hope all is going well as you prepare for your upcoming exams, and know you will all do well on them.

Over in the Plugin Development team, we know we have been quiet this week in terms of updates, but things should be soon picking up again in terms of the release of plugin updates.

Next, the Marketplace Development team has been hard at work putting the final touches and doing intensive testing and fixing on a major new feature that we hope to be able to implement into the marketplace by summer.

Over in the Plugin Support team, the new junior support agents have already been hard at work on their training tickets and should soon be helping us catch up on the remaining backlogged tickets.

Lastly, some big news from Lucy the bunny, she just gained a new bunny friend to join her as she hops around Annie’s apartment.
