Hey Songuardians,
This week we decided to get a PO Box for the company. This will allow us to stop mailing everything from Brianna’s house which separates our mail and even gives you guys a place to mail things if you need too.
We finally caved in and inquired about a Patreon poster prototype. This will be a higher-tiered Songoda+ perk where on top of the monthly stickers patrons will also get a poster. If the prototype and test run goes well we will make this an official perk.
We are hiring a new developer for Songoda.com. It’s been a while since the project’s been in full development but we feel we’re at a place now where this is something we can manage.
We finally began the redesign of our plugin page designs. The proof of concept was done last month (The Patreon ad) and it was so successful it was only common sense for us to continue on with the full page design.
We’ve expanded our support team by adding two new members: BenS123 and Toxic. This reinforces our commitment to providing top of the line support to our customers.
We made an announcement recently changing our rules about criticism and drama in the Discord. As long as it is constructive you are now able to call us out on things we do wrong. We will then use this information to better our services and improve our company. We have already discarded our no refund policy as a result of feedback.
