Back to our Roots

Hey Loves,

Coming at you with another sweet update, probably our most critical one so far, maybe not for content-wise, but for milestones. This update marks 2 years on Spigot, and I just wanted to pay some respect and return to our roots, the free plugins that got me started. I have been working on improving all these plugins over a long duration of time but UltimateKits2 has received some extra love. Better than ever UK2 supplies the players with a whole host of features like new animations for your kits, new displays for your kits that incorporate custom names, lores, chances, and items. A whole bunch of other things has been changed, implemented, removed, what-have-you. But, honestly, I am so proud that I have made it this far and my code has only gotten exponentially better since I started.

And now we get into the good stuff. Two years later, I have made it this far, and there is only more for me to do! To think that I started off with this shabby little plugin when it was still called KitPreview, took it from a developer who had moved on and it was the start of my adventure here on Spigot. The only thing that I thought about when I first started on Spigot was making an amazing line of free plugins for everyone to use, later on, I pursued the premium lines because the only source of income I had was relying on it. Ultimately, I feel that we needed to take it back to our roots for our two year anniversary- back to when we had pride in our freemium plugins. Therefore- I want to officially announce the start of the Ultimate plugin line, by the end of the year there will be four Ultimate plugins free to all users with two more following the next year. With you all supporting for me these past two years this is the least I could do.

I want to wrap this up with a great big thank you, I couldn't have done any of this without all your continued support over these past 2 years. I really hope that we can keep this trend going for as long as we can and change the world of plugins in Minecraft forever! That's all for now loves <3
