[Week of September 30th - October 6th]
EpicVouchers becomes part of the Epic Plugin chain. We welcome EpicVouchers to our Epic Plugin line! EpicVouchers allows you to create a redeemable voucher that can award your players with permissions that can in turn mean: Ranks, Kits/GKits, etc. EpicVouchers is available for purchase here. We hope that our Epic Plugin line will continue to expand but also begin to finalize as we close on our plugin's bugs and issues with our new support system through Atlassian! Atlassian is allowing us to have our own Service Desk which incorporates a ticket system to better organize our support. This mainly comes at support in our discord became too cluttered with common errors that potentially major bugs were being clouded. So now with our organized ticket process through our Service Desk we can assess the situations at hand rather than hearing about them 3, or 4 days after the issue was reported. Finally I want to note that "Weekly Recaps" will be continued for weeks upcoming and will be posted at a similar time of 9:00 PM EST every Sunday, this enables everyone to keep up with what is going on in Songoda whether or not they are a patron!
