We are offering everyone a new and simple way to contact us for support which is far more organized than our previous channel system. Atlassian Service Desk is a very good program for our kind of business and community. So from now on, rather than creating conversation in our Support channels, you can now access the Service Desk and your issue will be resolved in a timing manor. Now- this doesn't throw out everything, #questions is still available in the discord and it's encouraged for newcomers to use this channel rather than submitting a formal ticket, as their issue may be- "You need Arconix" or "You installed Legacy over the master", simple things that wouldn't be the highlight of a whole ticket. However, this new system allows us to organize, prioritize, share, and so much more with your reports making our efficiency much smoother. Furthermore, people are more likely to get a response, because I would frequently get lost in my direct messages and pings from random channels. With everything organized in this new system I will be able to get back to you all in a new timing fashion. But- I think that is all for now loves.
