We're kind of back!

Hi pals!

We're planning on doing some #content this month, so we'll be recording a bonus podcast as well. We're planning on doing some #content this month, so we'll be recording a bonus podcast as well.

So, send us in your questions, suggestions for topics you'd like to hear us discuss, or just whatever, really.

This month we'll be talking about Mario, but you can ask us any old shite.

Planning on recording on Thursday, so get them in early!

What's been the biggest upheaval in each of your lives over the last few months? And what have yous learned about yourselves too? Or learned about each other?

I really hope they mention Saejima's hunting side story in Yakuza 5 because I'm playing it now and think it might be mine.

Bowser's kidnapped Joe while on holiday — what kind of reward is Joe offering Scott to compensate him for having to use that fucking FLUDD machine as part of the rescue? Same same but different: Scott's been kidnapped and launched into space. How does Joe plan on getting off Planet Earth to save him?

Totally boring question but, as someone who's been inspired by yourself and others and wants to start up a podcast of my own, what kind of kit/budget am I looking at? My workplace has the means to edit audio but I have no idea where to begin in terms of the actual recording process. I have a lack of space at the moment, so portability would be key, and I'm planning on recording with a friend of mine, so something to accomodate a two-person approach would be ideal. Any ideas?

Welcome back!! Have either of you watched Midnight Diner? It’s available on Netflix, and I think it’s right up your alley. Its stories centre around a diner in Tokyo, with each episode telling the stories of one of its customers. At its best it feels like a side story in Yakuza, sometimes hilarious, sometimes heartbreaking, and always very Japanese. If you’ve not seen it - give it a shot! I’d love to know what you think of it. (By the way, there are two listings on Netflix - the original Midnight Diner, and then Netflix’s continuation titled Midnight Diner: Tokyo Stories.)

Welcome back lads! In your wise scholarly opinion which Yakuza has the best side content? Also which 3D Mario is the best and which is worst.

As we all know it's Mario's 35th anniversary, but what would you buy the plumber for his anniversary?
