I have to say, I'm a adequate pitmaster myselfe, I've grilled whole pigs(200-250kg) and for smaller groups(22-30kg), I just thought I had to subscribe to your channel on the challenge to not use all the "fancy" meat, like wagyu, Black Angus, you know, the challenge of making really good food out of something that is actually cheap meat.........and leave the Iberico out of it to, since it is only available for about 2% of the world............
