Shit Shooters Episode 24: Too Big to Be Called a Sword

This week we bring to you one of our biggest episodes to date, spanning a multitude of topics. We talk some shop about video production, Wyatt talks through some VOTOMS and Gungrave stuff, I talk about my experience with Dark Souls II and we have a nice chat about Double Fine and Psychonauts, what with the sequel being expected to show at E3. There's also a little break in the middle with some Scarlet Nexus demo impressions with my brother Issac making a proper audio issue-free debut on the show. Wyatt digs in deep with that Disgaea 6 demo, telling us exactly what he thinks of the whole thing, and then we finally finish off with a celebration of Kentaro Miura and Berserk, a creator and a manga that will go down in history as one of the very best in the medium of comics.

I think you hit on the one of the best things about Demon's Souls that almost all of the bosses have a gimmick which I think is great! I think it gives each one of them an interesting identity. Even in Dark Souls 1 which I love with all my heart a lot of the bosses are just kinda big things that hit hard or are things like the centipede demon or the fuckin' 3rd time you fight the Asylum demon lol. I've come around on DS2 big time over the years and I really like it now especially after I soured so much on DS3.
