Feeling Really Conflicted
Added 2024-08-06 23:37:37 +0000 UTCI’m having fun messing around with the drawing tablet and learning how to map with that from the ground up. That said, I have no existing artistic skills.
So, the resulting maps simply aren’t nearly as pretty and clean as ones made with Crosshead assets
I guess I just wanted to turn it to you all, since you’re who I’m creating for. For the time being, what do you think I should focus on?

I'm sorry that they're being obnoxious and keeping you awake! I hope you're able to get some rest soon! As for doing a mix, I think that's a good idea, but it's mostly for my ADHD. I have trouble going back and forth between two different mediums like that, so it's easier for me to focus on one or the other in small chunks. Making a mock map with some Crosshead assets for reference probably wouldn't take too much time, and could be really helpful though. Thank you for the idea! Oh, and I'm so glad you like the hand drawn one!! That means a lot to me :)

Maybe try a hybrid style or make the same map with assets and by hand. Like some kind of reference sheet. Its like 2 am and i am running on low battery mode cos teens on mopeds is loud
