Thank you for the bug report! This one was related to some errors in the end-of-day code. I just tested your save on my end, and I can confirm that it'll work fine in R2h.

2026-01-12 17:11:20 +0000 UTCPulled up a save from a loop about 10 loops before the one where I had the whole "looping day" issue in 2f and it's also giving me weird issues, usually related to moving between the cities. I even moved the save to a fresh download of the game just in case that might help. I wonder if it's because of the save file bloat you mentioned. I'm going to try a new run on a new download of the game until the January update comes out to see if that fixes things. I've sent you an email with a save and an explanation of the specific issue this one is facing.

2026-01-11 21:25:09 +0000 UTCThe romance routes are all planned to be "off the beaten path" in the sense that players won't normally run into them by accident. You can think of them as basically being challenge runs. My logic for doing it that way is that I don't want there to be a big disconnect between which characters the player actually likes and which characters the game tells the player they like. If you end up on a romance route, it should usually be because you went out of your way and even made sub-optimal decisions in order to pursue that romance. Plus, it offers opportunities to acknowledge the player accomplishing difficult feats which don't all need to have gameplay bonuses attached to them. Once the harem routes are in, romancing Tanaka and Lancia in the same loop will be... difficult, to say the least.

2025-12-16 16:38:21 +0000 UTCWith both the Tanaka route and the DuMont route requiring you to avoid interacting with important characters for a notable period of time, do you plan to have alternate paths to compensate for that on those routes or will it just be “Okay, locked in the route, time to scramble back to the plot before the next deadline” sort of thing. I haven't done a full loop on the DuMont route (just went far enough to see the scene before restarting with a normal loop), so I don't know if something like this is already implemented. I know you can get to the city by getting the job at the club, but I don't really see the MC knowing that Tanaka is in the Syndicate or having the skills to get in without meeting Jackal.
