No MLWF update today, taking the holiday. 2018 in retrospective.

Hey everybody! Just a small headsup. There will be no webcomic update today. It's new  year's eve, and this month already had 4 paid updates, so i figured i can take the holiday this year 😌

2018 was... Very challenging, to put it mildly.

I had to find and move of apartment in less than 2 months.

My cat got violently constipated and has this poop attacks all over the apartment's floor on a daily basis. That one is still a work in progress...

My wife's gallbladder decided to die. That was a scary and expensive experience, i'll tell you that. And all this a month before our trip to SDCC! where I managed to meet Miz and Izra IRL! I know, they are real! and they're pretty chill dudes too!

My ups broke down. My laptop broke down.

We reached the 1k milestone! I got the new website developed, after many many  months! And then everybody hated it, and then they were like "Eh ok fine"

I finally finished re-editing the entirety of the webcomic to the new format, that's 8 years of work, in 2 years or so of daily work! (which btw, it's already online on the new site, or tapas or webtoon, if you wanna go back memory lane and see what's changed, i think in those last two, the last two pages are on queue to be posted tomorrow and the day after that.)

I released a fuckton of sketch comics that sold pretty well, and this year we also made some of the best, most beautiful  after-hours comics to date! 25 being my fave all around.

Oh, i also started working using an ipad pro too! I did after-hours 25 in its entirety in there. Learned a lot doing that.

And then tumblr died. The site where i had the biggest following. So is life.

Overall, it had ups and downs, but I think I managed it pretty well. It felt like 3 years compressed into one O-o Let's hope 2019 is more laid-back, hopefully xD Happy new year everybody, and thank you, SO MUCH, for your unending support to my work ;_; You make me possible.
