Maybe a way to shorten it down is: Al starts talking from the bedroom about how the condoms are actually needed in this case, (while Bonnie gets up from her sofa). He carries on into the next panel where he's back is turned but peering over his shoulder as slightly off-frame Bonnie interrupts with something like "Erm, can we not use those?". Then it's her standing naked and fidgeting as she explains things. Probably something short like "Monica helped me find some pills, so I'm safe" but being a little more spaghetti about why she wants to risk riding bareback.
