Maybe giving Mugger a kiss on the lips (like the mafia kiss of death)Mugger heads downtown to the location, staggering like a drunk. Mugger (as she's panting): "Damn. My stamina's not what it used to be. If the Phantom is any stronger than Fel..." Mugger thinks lovingly of Tracey *good excuse for a cute drawing of Trace here* "No. I've gotta hang in there. For her." She ends up at the pier where there's a boat waiting. And a woman dressed in red (like Carmen Sandiego) is standing there. Her face isn't shown until the next page so for now we just get Mugger's confused/shocked reaction.
