(Sorry, was idle for a while because of eye stuff.) My idea was that Fel comments on Bonnie having a tight grip and asking how she feels. Bonnie's reply being a vague "different" because it's somebody else touching her. During this dialogue, we see Fel pulling her slick middle finger out and adding her index as she dips back in, knuckle deep. We have an xray/internal of the fingers feeling up a squishy spot, getting a sudden response from Bonnie and ending the page with Fel smugly saying "found it".
