Plans for the close future. Reboot.

So... i've been thinking I should reboot the first 2 chapters :I This is a tricky matter because remaking webcomic pages has some serious implications. Some webcomics have been trapped in a loop of constant re-making to the point of stopping the story entirely, and i've been very hesitant to do something like this for several years. This would be in fact the 2nd time I try something like this. First time was on 2010 where i "retouched" rather than redo the first 2 chapters as well. The reason back then was because the first pages looked god damn hideous! (old timers might remember those absurd beige gutters between frames yuck) And now I look back at them, and they STILL look hideous, but they also have godawful terrible jokes and memes and ugh.

I don't blame me, i didn't know what the fuck i was doing back then (Not that I know that much  now! But certainly a little more haha).

 My plan is to synthesize the 20something pages into less than 10 pages done from scratch, taking off all the clutter of nonsense, rewrite the entire thing (with this little exercise i did above, it's all in spanish tho sorry x.x) and end with a much stronger "reboot" of what the beginning of the comic was. I just think that first chapter is by far the weakest part of the story and needs to be seriously polished :U The fact that the first page ends with a yagami light punchline says a lot <.<"" And i really want a strong first chapter or two to hook new readers into the story.

Anyways, I'd like to do all this WITHOUT stop (stopping?) updating. This means that i'd have to eat a good chunk of my spare time to do this, and probably do and post a lot less of say... sketchwork and cookie posts n stuff. The good side tho is, after i'm done with the 10 or so pages, I'd be able to pause the current story, post those 10 or so pages once a week as a small parenthesis to whatever story we're currently doing, and IN THE MEANWHILE i'll be continuing the present storyline monday by monday until the reboot is finally posted in its entirety. TL;DR: I'd finally have made a comicpage buffer. A cushion of updates. Something every webcomic should have and I've never been able to acomplish since the webcomic started. Giving me a safety net in case i can't update for whatever reason one day.

So yeah, this is in the works! It will take a looooooooooooong while with my current workload, i can safely say more than 3 months for 10 pages :U but i'll try my best! remains intact :D
