I'm getting declined pledges!!
Added 2014-03-02 17:01:21 +0000 UTCOk guys, listen up here. Some people (about 6 to 8) are getting their pledges declined. I've already sent them PM's (patreon pms, which i guess they appear on your email too?? please someone confirm me this? XD) about it. For what i've seen it usually has to do with wrong credit card info, or credit cards getting expired, or not having enough funds in it. I BEG YOU please check your pm's or emails, and review your Credit card information!! There's people who have had their pledges declined TWICE IN A ROW. Meaning that they didn't read my messages for a whole month, didn't do anything about it, and they're getting it declined AGAIN this month. I'm going to start deleting patrons if this issue continues S: and that sucks!

I'm having the same problem. I'm not sure if it's Patreon's way of nicely telling me that people are no longer supporting me, or if it's legitimately credit card problems

2016-05-02 14:57:48 +0000 UTCyea that's sad Kenno. It's a pain in the ass for me to keep having to ask my patrons to reenter the card details. This is super annoying. Have you complained to Patreon, what are their respond like? I get respond like "dunno, problem not on our side, it's Paypal, etc." I wish they can give us a more detail to the problem then we would know how to solve it.

2016-01-03 07:07:20 +0000 UTChi i'm having this same problem. does this problem still occurs to you quite often? Do you think it's gotto do with Patreon fault? Cause I've got some patrons who previously are fine. And every month there's getting more and more decline pledges.
