Resonant, Chapter 1 โ Of Cages and Birds Within Them

It's the first chapter of the sequel to Dissonant, but at the same time, it's also a standalone story, so that new readers can jump in right here without needing to read the first one! (Though I would highly recommend it bcuz I'm super proud of Dissonant, even if I was just doing plot and editing for that book.)

With this chapter, I've released 16,754 words in this cycle so far. The cycle will end and I'll do a charge when I've both released 20k words, and at least one chapter of either Snowbound or Re:Fox, since they were the top-voted stories.
