TT videos now early and ad free!

Dear Patrons,

It's been a while since I posted on the main site, but that doesn't mean I haven't been active on Patreon. In case you didn't know, almost all of the behind the scenes action occurs on our exclusive forum: https://teachingtech.discourse.group

The instructions to join were previously posted and emailed, but in case you missed them, here they are again. You should be on in less than a minute:

"When you visit the forum you can click sign up with Patreon, and after authorisation it will prompt you to finalise your Discourse account. Please ensure the email address you use matches the one you use on Patreon, and that you haven't selected a 'custom pledge'. If you are still having problems with access, please message me on Patreon."

A recent section, thanks to requests and help from some of you, is a topic where each TT video is posted. As of last week, this has been approximately 12 hours before the release on YouTube, and without ads. https://teachingtech.discourse.group/c/tt-videos/14

The videos are hosted on Vimeo and the caveat is they will only work on the forum, which means no ability to share, like, etc. This keeps them exclusive for you and provides a place where you can comment (on the forum) and not have your 2c lost in the sea of YouTube comments.

Please check out this section and all of the other sections that make up our forum. It is the best community group I've been involved with. Thank you all for making that a reality and for your support.
