2025-05-16 02:33:43 +0000 UTCThe show you're thinking of was likely Awake on Netflix. I really loved the movie Deep on NF. It's a Thai movie. It's about four students who take part in a leveled sleep deprivation experiment that harvests certain chemicals. It pays alot but you can die if you fall asleep for more than 60 seconds. Each level is longer but pays more. It's a thriller but I don't want to spoil it for you. I love Thai, Cantonese and Japanese 🎥 Don't Blink was excellent too but english. I also recommend The Girl From Nowhere which is Thai. Nothing to do with sleep tho, lolz

2025-03-19 01:03:36 +0000 UTCPersonally, I'd say it's more of a "thriller" but there definitely are "horror elements" present. In a dream sequence of things to come I'm pretty sure I saw some blood & potential light gore. So I'd say proceed at your own risk. It's pretty good so far though!
