I encourage you all to take notes about your customers who exhibit that they want to have this type of "relationship" so you can apiatalize on their personality and eperirences and make them feel "loved" wanted and understood and use that to get repeat calls, big tributes/investments and have them buy up all your goodies and leave you good reviews!
